Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need experience to join?
Absolutely not! We welcome complete beginners and have structured our training to accommodate all skill levels. Our coaches are excellent at teaching fundamentals.
What's the difference between touch rugby and regular rugby?
Touch rugby is a non-contact version where players are stopped by a two-handed touch rather than tackles. It's faster-paced, safer, and more accessible while maintaining all the strategic elements of rugby.
What if I can't make it every Monday?
No problem! We operate on a flexible basis. Come when you can, and you'll always be welcomed back. Many of our members have varying schedules.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Our main sessions are for adults (18+), but we're always happy to discuss options for younger players. Message us to chat about what might work best.
